Our Story
Ayan Jewelry was started by Caleb Ayan in 2020 as a precious and semi-precious gemstone trading company in Atlanta, Georgia. Caleb would travel around the world sourcing fine quality rough gemstones and bringing them to major cutting factories in Thailand and Sri Lanka. He would then import the finished stones and sell them in the Atlanta and New York jewel markets. Over time, many of Ayan Jewelry gemstone customers would come to Caleb in need of cash, bringing with them old-stock inventory which included gemstones, precious metals, and finished pieces of jewelry. After recognizing this need for a cash liquidator for stores and wholesalers, Ayan Jewelry transitioned to a recycling company focused on purchasing old stock inventory from wholesalers, jewelry stores, and now the public. Since our inception, we have purchased hundreds of thousands of carats of second-hand gemstones and diamonds and repurposed them into newly manufactured pieces for resale.
Ayan Jewelry now operates as one of the largest precious metal and gemstone recyclers in the country with offices in both New York and Atlanta. We are focused on buying all forms of precious metals and all types of loose-colored gemstones and diamonds as well as finished jewelry pieces. Ayan Jewelry manufactures most of its new jewelry items today with pre-owned metals and gemstones, creating a perfect cycle of recycling and sustainability.
